    14”chain

    14”chain was okay bit short I wish I had a choice of changing the chain to a leather one or something similar to it , part from that the Jewellery are beautiful and unique

    If you are unhappy with a product please contact me as soon as possible as I will more often than not be able to resolve the problem. You had chosen the 14' customisation so, of course, I had cut it to this length. I do offer black cord necklaces which I could have swapped this to as well. I will send you an email to see how we can rectify this.
