Shipping time

All orders are dispatched within 5 working days.
Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can stay updated on where your order is.
UK orders are sent out with tracked 48 hour or tracked 24 hour shipping.

International shipping

I do offer international shipping! Unfortunately, I only don't send to countries within the EU due to a new policy that came into place in 2024.
International orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 working days.
You will be emailed a tracking number once dispatched.
It is not my responsibility for any fees having to be paid once dispatched.

Eco-friendly

All packaging used is eco-friendly. Orders sent in white envelopes are made of 60% recycled packaging and are designed for recycling.
The iconic purple boxes are recyclable cardboard boxes.
All tissue paper can be reused and business and backing cards can be recycled (or given to someone who should check out Molls...).
All supplies, including charms, packaging, and more, are bulk bought to reduce to carbon emissions produced from transporting materials.

Was going to buy the larger version of these but alas they were not in stock at time I wanted to purchase, so I bought the smaller ones, but will deffo be buying the larger pair. Bought the smaller pair and glad I did! They're so cute! If you're looking for something a bit smaller with the same vibe I'd definitely recommend these, not heavy or in the way at all.
