Shipping Policy

UK orders

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48, the dispatch time for this is up to 5 working days. Please allow up to 2 extra days around busy periods such as launch days and Christmas.

Royal Mail advises orders are not classed as 'lost' until 21 working days after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within this time please email mollshandmade@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.

 

International orders

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Standard. The dispatch time is the same. Delivery times may vary depending on the location but often arrive within a week of dispatch. 

Royal Mail advises orders are not classed as 'lost' until 30 working days after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within this time please email mollshandmade@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.

Custom fees:

Any custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid delays, additional chargers, or the order being returned, please may them as soon as you can. If an order is returned to me, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping. Just the order cost - and we can discuss having an order resent.

It is not guaranteed that you will be charged custom fees.

 

 

Orders returned to me

Orders returned to be due to not being collected by the customer or any incorrect address information will not be refunded any shipping costs. Please ensure you check all your information before checking out to make sure it is correct and there are no issues.
