Where is my order?
Dispatch time is 5 business (working/week) days. This means your order is sent out within this time-frame. If, for any reason, this time-frame extends I will make it clear on my website. Dispatch time may be extended during holiday periods or if I am unwell or taking a break. Again, this will be made clear. Please allow an extra 2 days around busy periods such as launch days and Christmas.
Once dispatched, all UK orders are sent out with 48hour tracked shipping with Royal Mail, unless chosen otherwise. You will be emailed a tracking number once it has been dispatched. Please do take into account that any delays after dispatch are due to Royal Mail, if I could hand-deliver each order I would! Delays may be due to holiday periods (Eg Christmas) being busier, weather, etc.
What are you products made out of?
To be clear on any specific products, make sure to read the descriptions. For information on specific charms please contact me.
All of my earring hooks are made of sterling silver and are lead and nickel-free. They're hypoallergenic and are perfect for sensitive skin!
The big hoop earrings are made of alloy steel, also lead and nickel-free. The gold huggie hoop earrings are 18k gold plated and made of quality brass. The silver huggie hoop earrings are real platinum plated.
Each silver chain necklace is made of stainless steel so can be worn in water (although, to preserve quality, maybe don't be doing any swimming marathons in them). Whilst all gold chain necklaces are gold plated. To preserve quality, I would recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight when storing them and avoiding prolonged water contact.
All rings I sell are made of stainless steel. A few are made of a copper material - please make sure to read the descriptions. Please remember it is normal for rings to show signs of wear over time. You can purchase a polishing cloth to help keep them in perfect condition.
All bracelets with an extendable chain are made of stainless steel.
Returns and refunds?
If there are any issues with your order please don't hesitate to contact me. If an item is broken or damaged in any way send me an email with an image attached and your order number so the issue can be quickly resolved.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it if you simply no longer want it. Please, email me first.
Returns from international orders have the same rule, but you would have to pay any shipping fees.
Do you sell clip ons?
If you require your earrings to be made into clip ons, tick the box as you are adding them to your bag for each pair you require the customisation for. If you don't tick this box your earrings won't be changed into clip-ons. I have a whole page about clip-ons here if you would like to find out more about them. This does not appl yto stud earrings.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely! All of my packaging is recyclable. My boxes are cardboard, of course any tissue paper can be re-used or recycled too. If your order arrives in an envelope, they are all made of recyclable material too! To reduce waste, I put smaller orders into envelopes, rather than boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I am now also shipping to the EU again - although not Germany, France or Spain just yet.
Shipping to America
I can still send orders to the US, but due to recent changes in tariff laws (thank you Trump...) there may be fees encountered when your order reaches you. I'm not too sure what these fees will be until they begin taking place, but they are the importer's (buyer) responsibility to cover. Not mine. I can understand if this will put people off from purchasing from me and hopefully they won't be as large an issue as anticipated. Please contact me if you have any issues.
My product has broken... but I ordered a while ago
Mistakes happen and sometimes jewellery can break, so what then? Please contact me as soon as you can and I'll see how I can help, but please do not expect a refund or free replacement sent out.
