Refund policy
Returns are accepted if the wrong order has been issued or in special circumstances. If this is the case please get in contact via email or social media as soon as possible. If an item is damaged upon delivery please don't hesitate to get in contact and a refund or replacement order will be sent out.
To get a refund, you can contact us at mollshandmade@gmail.com . If your refund is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept a returned item if it is damaged. All returns will need to send an image via email (or social media) beforehand to ensure they are in good condition. If they are damaged please get in contact asap
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
