Ordering outside of the UK?

Molls is going global! But there are some things that are crucial to know...

Customs fees

Because of Brexit, customers within the EU/ Europe may be charged a fee at customs and it is important for you to know this. I will no longer be liable for covering this fee. It is your responsibility as the customer to find out if your country will charge you and to settle any additional fees. These fees will not be calculated at checkout as part of your total. If this is too excessive of a price for you to pay, please don't worry about it! I know the prices are crazy.

International shipping is going to cost roughly £10 GBP in your currency. This will be shown at checkout, before you pay! I know this is costly, but please do remember that I do not determine the cost of shipping. This is due to my courier at the moment, which is Royal Mail. With the pricey shipping comes tracked shipping though, so you will be kept updated every step of the way.

Shipping to America

I can still send orders to the US, but due to recent changes in tariff laws (thank you Trump...) there may be fees encountered when your order reaches you. I'm not too sure what these fees will be until they begin taking place, but they are the importer's (buyer) responsibility to cover. Not mine. I can understand if this will put people off from purchasing from me and hopefully they won't be as large an issue as anticipated. Please contact me if you have any issues.
